Return Policy Terms and Conditions

Core Audio Designs makes every effort to ensure that we accurately represent our products. Due to the organic nature of wood and stone, shading and grain will vary. In the event that you feel that the products received are not visually representative of what is shown on our website, Core Audio Designs offers a 15-day Return Policy. Your satisfaction is our primary goal and we will do everything within reason to ensure you are happy with your order. Absolutely no returns for custom projects.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days from the receipt of original shipment. Items must be complete and in the original packaging. The original and return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Items that have been modified, mounted, or assembled cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Occasionally some items are sold and advertised as “Free delivery” items as part of a promotion, or a discounted shipping was offered (whether or not the customer was made aware of the shipping discount at the time of purchase). The delivery cost is always incorporated into the price of our items and will be taken into the account when the refund for said item is processed. After a return request is fully processed, an email with the total cost incurred will be sent to you.

A Return Authorization Number is required for returns. Please phone (415) 320-0179 or email us at service@coreaudiodesigns.com for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Item(s) shipped without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Funds will be credited back to you upon receipt, review and acceptance of the product.
